Orders are processed after payment is confirmed, and delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. This page explains shipping costs, tracking, and what to do if a shipment is delayed.
Order processing
Orders begin processing after payment is confirmed. Most orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, but processing may take longer during peak periods or unusually high order volume.
Shipping rates
Orders over $59 qualify for free shipping. For orders below that amount, shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery estimates
Standard shipping is generally 10-20 days. Express shipping is generally 3-7 days when available. Delivery times can vary based on destination, customs clearance, weather, holidays, and carrier delays.
Tracking updates
When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used at checkout. If you have not received a shipping update after several business days, contact support@uncleunit.com with your order number and we will help from there.
Delivery issues
If your package is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, email support@uncleunit.com as soon as possible so we can help review the next step.
