Return & Refund Policy
This page explains how UncleUnit handles return requests, damaged items, and approved refunds for orders placed through our store.
Contact us before returning anything
Please email support@uncleunit.com before sending any item back. Include your order number and the reason for your request so we can review the order and provide the next step when applicable.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
Return eligibility
Approved returns must be sent back unused and in the original packaging when possible. Items that show use, damage after delivery, or signs of misuse may not be eligible for refund.
Refund timing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method. After the refund is processed on our side, your bank or payment provider may take 5 to 10 business days to post it.
